The second Open ChefAMe is on for May 18th, 2009.  We’ll be opening the doors at 6:30pm and beginning the food flow at 7:30pm.  This time around we’re going for a different format.  We hope you like it.

Last time we had over 40 people attend the Open ChefAMe and we gave you all a spot to sit and relax while we served 40+ dishes.  This was a lot of fun for everyone there and we hope you really enjoyed it.  This time we’re going to set it up for a tasting style meal.  We’ll have two wonderful chefs (not one), Chef Alyssa Shilliday and Writer Felicia D’Ambrosio, who will prepare 3 dishes and 1 dessert each.  This means more variety, more food and more fun for everyone!
